His Story

Good morning! I’m Neymar! I was rescued with my very dear friend Messi near the rubbish bins in Ribeira Bote, in the heart of Mindelo. I was full of mange, my body was full of wounds. They took us to their shelter to be treated and we got bettervery quickly. When I felt the leash on me for the first time I felt so happy and safe and proud to have a home and somebody who was taking care and protecting me! I still remember that day, when I had my fist walk on the leash with the Simabo’s volunteers, and I will be forever grateful for this!

Now I’m good at leash and happy to meet new people. I love playing with other dogs, but also with people.

They are even looking for a forever home for me, in a place far away that they say is green and cool and where I will have wonderful walks with my new family! I think now it’s time for me to go, because the heat is still not good for me.

I’m ready for the next leap into real life and I would be happy if you would help me with that.
