Yesterday at the city hall in Mindelo, Silvia Punzo, the heart & soul of Simabo NGO – Capo Verde presented to the mayor, the results of the project co-funded by the European Union for the reduction of the dogs on the island.
Thanks to the excellent results obtained, there was a signed protocol of collaboration for the next few years.
The Municipality in Sao Vicente officially declared castration is the only acceptable way to control the canine population and is making a piece of land available for a cemetery for animals.
THIS IS BEYOND HUGE NEWS!
